Our first Wall Street Profit Search newsletter went out in November 2012 and profiled the Boca Raton, Florida launch of the first Gold Bullion Vending Machine in the United States — a public company project that our founder had identified and helped establish two years earlier (prior to the creation of Wall Street Profit Search).

• Our founder identified the project for the public company that was seeking a novel way to enter the gold bullion sales market, traveled to Germany to compete with over 100 companies from around the world to acquire the US rights to the machine, and helped raise the capital to implement the launch and associated business plan.
• The resulting organic publicity was incredible, and our founder David Jones was featured in numerous live interviews over a period of weeks on CNN, CNBC, Fox Business News, Fox News and others.

In 2013, BMN Capital Group took on an OTC biofuels company. The company changed direction within about a year, and approximately 18 months in, it became the first US public company to own and operate a state-licensed medical cannabis dispensary.

• For about a year and a half, our "Wall Street Profit Search" print and digital newsletter drove enormous coverage — at one point we nearly shut down the HostGator servers. The stock traded several million dollars per day for several months, and the awareness helped build a base of over 7,000 shareholders for the Company.
• At that point we transitioned. Since the awareness was running very high, David focused on investment banking consulting work through BMN, and the Company communicated with its shareholders directly via press releases and other channels. The change was disclosed on the WSPS site, the disclosure was updated to reflect it, and the WSPS coverage of the Company was removed from the site.
• BMN's engagement with the Company, which rebranded as Kaya Holdings, Inc. in April 2015, spanned 13 years — introducing over $17 million in direct investment capital from its network, handling licensing of domestic and international cannabis facilities, completing SEC filings (8-K/10-Q/10-K/S-1), DTC and OTCQB applications, and establishing banking relationships. The Company has since transitioned out of the cannabis industry and is currently seeking other opportunities.

PMX Communities, Inc. (parent of PMX Gold; no longer publicly traded since September 2019) and Kaya Holdings, Inc. (formerly AFAI) reflect past WSPS coverage. Neither is currently being featured as an active recommendation in the newsletter.

• This report was issued at the request of some of the investor groups we work with in Grand Cayman and was sent to just over 20,000 subscribers that indicated they had an interest in receiving this type of message. The open rate was 25.46% with a click through rate of 75.9%.
• When we released the report, the stock was trading at approximately $48–53 per share. Shortly thereafter it hit a high of approximately $70 per share, affording those included the positioning to take a short term profit of 25–30% depending on their trading timing.

Here is our most recent Wall Street Profit Search Buy Recommendation, issued April 22, 2026 on Compass Pathways (NASDAQ: CMPS), the most advanced psychedelic-medicine company in the world:

• This report was sent to 19,785 subscribers that indicated they had an interest in receiving this type of message, and was delivered in under two minutes. The open rate was 25.49% with a click through rate of 86.56%.
• When the report was released, CMPS was trading at approximately $9.30 per share after two successful Phase 3 trials, a rolling NDA filing at the FDA, and a newly announced Osmind clinic-readiness partnership. Six covering Wall Street analysts have a mean price target of $24.83 (median $16.50), and H.C. Wainwright's outlier high is $70 — implying roughly 77–167% upside and a potential ~7x at the Street's high target. This is positioned as a mid-to-long-term hold as Compass progresses toward commercial launch readiness by year-end 2026.
• Since our April alert, CMPS has run to a high of $15.07 (June 2026). In July, Eli Lilly agreed to acquire ATAI — Compass's former largest shareholder — for $2.8 billion, validating the category and leaving CMPS the premier independent name in it. Our view is unchanged: accumulate on weakness, size it as a clinical-stage biotech.

Our most recent coverage is SpaceX (NASDAQ: SPCX) — the largest IPO in history, which we have followed since its June 2026 debut:

• We first wrote up SPCX near $155 as a buy-on-dips, hold-for-years position. When the stock pulled back below its IPO price, we issued an urgent buy alert near $111 as Wall Street initiated bullish coverage — a report sent to our full list of nearly 70,000 subscribers.
• Shares have since run above $145 — briefly over $150 intraday — and trade around $140 today, roughly 25–30% above our $111 alert, with the analyst consensus target near $244. SpaceX runs Starlink — $11.4B in 2025 revenue at ~63% margins — and remains the most-shorted new stock on Wall Street, a rare, high-optionality setup.

Since we became active with regular publication again in September 2025, our readership has more than tripled — from just under 20,000 subscribers to nearly 70,000 today.

• Our email service provider, iContact, grades every sending account each month. For July 2026 we earned an overall grade of A, with A+ marks on deliverability and spam-complaint rate, a 48.7% open rate, and a 0% complaint rate across 68,408 recipients.
